Resignation Letter 24 Hours

Resigning with only 24 hours’ notice is highly unusual and can be considered unprofessional unless there are extenuating circumstances that require you to leave your job on very short notice. In most cases, you should provide your employer with the notice period specified in your employment contract or company policy, which is typically at least one to three weeks.

If you have no other option but to resign with 24 hours’ notice, it’s crucial to handle the situation with sensitivity and professionalism. Here’s an example of a brief and concise resignation letter for such a situation:

[Your Name]
[Your Address]
[City, State, Postal Code]
[Your Email Address]
[Your Phone Number]

Dear [Employer’s Name],

I am writing to formally resign from my position as [Your Position] at [Company Name], effective immediately, with a notice period of 24 hours.

I understand that this is an unconventional and abrupt departure, but I am faced with unforeseen circumstances that require me to take this step. I appreciate the opportunities I’ve had while working at [Company Name] and regret any inconvenience my sudden departure may cause.

I am committed to assisting with a smooth transition during the limited time I have left. Please let me know how I can help, whether it be handing over my responsibilities or providing any necessary information.

I apologize for any disruption this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Sincerely,

Apa Itu Resume?

Panduan Membuat Resume Terbaik Untuk Diikuti

Pertama: Mengandungi 2 hingga 3 muka surat sahaja.

Perlu diingat, CV hanya memerlukan 1 muka surat sahaja.

Baca: Cuti-Cuti Malaysia : Jom Ke Kuantan, Pahang

  • Nama
  • No telefon untuk dihubungi
  • Alamat surat menyurat
  • No mykad

Namun, berimpak tinggi.

Keenam: Senaraikan pencapaian akademik yang tertinggi dahulu

Less is more.

Pertama: Bilangan Muka Surat
